Mike Pence held a speaking engagement in Kansas City on Wednesday, which was briefly disrupted by a heckler protesting Donald Trump’s immigration policy.
Even though its been weeks since Trump rolled back his policy separating migrant children from their families at the southern border, the administration is still dealing with a lot of political fallout over the matter. Much of this has to do with the White House missing their court-ordered deadline to start putting families back together, as well as the lingering questions about whether a government reunification system exists at all.
When Pence spoke today in Kansas, he was cut off by someone shouting, “Where are the children? Shame on you!” The protester led away amid boos and chants of “USA! USA!” from the very pro-Trump crowd.
As these MAGATS chant “USA,USA!” They’re really screaming we support the incarceration of children. There is no other way to see this. “Border security” is a facade used to hide their hate. Their Jesus would not approve of this. In fact, Jesus was a refugee. Facts.

Concern for the welfare of Children is un American?
Truth is people don't really care about any issues. It doesn't matter.
All anyone cares about especially on certain sides of things is the perception that THEIR side is "winning".

Wow. It’s unfortunate that chanting USA no longer translates to good and decent It’s now just cover for racism

Because “USA! USA!” Is now a partisan attack. Where did my country go?

They boo a man trying to locate missing children and their next response it to chant USA.
Yeah, that's what we should be known for, the nation of kidnapping and #MAGA pride

This makes me sick. The people that elected these assholes and continue to "chant" their support for this behavior have a very special place in hell.

"Mike, where are the children? Shame on you!" a man yelled at the beginning of Vice Pres. Mike Pence's remarks today. The crowd chanted "USA! USA!" as he was removed. https://t.co/IhMcXiuQQP pic.twitter.com/xoXsK8L1Ha
